- Assistant messages: questions you type into the site assistant. Phone numbers and email addresses are removed before a question is processed, and conversations are not stored.
- Basic analytics (pages visited, device type) when analytics is enabled.
How we use it
- To call, message or email you about the enquiry you made.
- To check your eligibility and shortlist programmes for you.
- To prevent spam and abuse (for example, limiting repeated submissions).
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored with our hosting and database provider and emailed to our admissions team through an email delivery provider. Information is shared with a university only when you ask us to help you apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to help with your admission and to meet legal obligations, then delete them.
